Worldwide festivities | 5 & 6 years

The animals and guests from around the world in Wereldmuseum Amsterdam are giving a party for Kantjil the mouse deer. To find all the birthday party guests you go on a journey round the world. You look, search, sing, dance and fantasize. The programme ends with a fun party for all the animals, children and teachers.

Worldwide festivities | 7-12 years

Not everyone celebrates the same holidays, but we all love to celebrate! Discover the similarities and differences between celebrations around the world, such as Carnival, a birthday party, and Eid al-Fitr. And how do you celebrate? The program concludes with a piñata workshop and, of course, a little gift.

Raad van de Raaf | 6-12 years

Meet the Raad van de Raaf, a club of kids who care about the climate! Get ready for an adventure through the hands-on exhibition, where you’ll try out all kinds of fun activities: test your balance in hunter Lars’s kayak, jump on Greenlander Malik’s dog sled, and hear the crackling sounds of melting ice caps. Your visit ends with a cooking workshop in Kuluk’s kitchen!

For: children turning 5 or 6 years of age.
Time slot: 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Duration: 60 minutes.
Price: € 100 per 10 children, including admission to the Wereldmuseum Amsterdam.
Please note: Eating cake and opening presents is not allowed inside the museum.
Adults pay the standard admission fee. Museum cards are valid. Parents are present at the beginning of the party and at the end.
Children’s museum parties cannot be booked in combination with discount offers.

Time slot: 11:30 AM – 13:00 AM
Duration: 90 minutes.
Cost: € 150 for a maximum of 10 children, including admission to the Wereldmuseum Amsterdam

Raad van de Raaf

Duration: 60 minutes.
