Dit beeld representeert een Nkotikuanda, een persoon die alle gewoonten, wetten en spreuken moet kennen. Hij speelt een voorname rol bij de rechtspraak en in het bestuur. In zijn hand de koningsscepter, die hij bij vergaderingen in naam van de koning midden in de kring moet leggen.
