We Are All Works of Art
Every person is unique, we are all works of art: that is the message behind these five outfits. Artist Bas Kosters created them to mark the centenary of the Museumvereniging (the Dutch Museum Association). The creations were first exhibited during WorldPride on 1 August. Now they are here, because Wereldmuseum wants to be one of the spaces where the power of diversity, identity and self-expression can be celebrated all year round.
