February 17 marks the start of the Chinese New Year, welcoming in the Year of the Horse. In the Chinese zodiac, the horse is an animal that loves to explore and is always curious. It does not give up easily, is brave, and dares to try difficult things. Make this spring break an adventurous start and learn more about the art of making in China and get to work yourself. You can also participate in many activities in the interactive exhibition Raad van de Raaf. Cook the most delicious dishes and snacks during a cooking workshop or set off with a museum teacher who will guide you through the exhibition. See the full program below.
TIP! On Saturday, February 21, and Sunday, February 22, it's Made in China Makers weekend, full of creativity, design, and stories.
During spring break, the museum is also open on Mondays.
These activities are not for after-school care groups. View our programme for after-school care groups.
